Bathed in balmy turquoise waters, the string of islands that is Bermuda is like no other. With its pastel-colored houses and stately mansions drowning in lush greenery, Bermuda feels like a chunk of rural England gently placed into warmer climes. But it's cultural tapestry is deeply diverse, with British, North American, African, Portuguese and West Indian influences evident around every coral wall. Captivating museums and art galleries add touches of urban sophistication and its many forts attract history buffs, while its varied topography makes it ideal for all manner of water sports, hiking, golfing, or just lazing on a picture-perfect pink-sand beach. The tiny island – just 20 miles by 2 miles – promises interludes of enchantment, adventure, and beauty all in a semi-tropical paradise where you'll bronze in the sunlight and glory in the moonlight.

What To Do & Where To Go – Suggestions from Our Guests
Anne’s Suggestions”
Highlights of our trip included visits to the Royal Navy Dockyard and Commissioner's House to learn about Bermuda's 400+ year history, and Hamilton, where we window shopped, dined at the Frog and Onion Pub and admired remarkable stone sculptures at the Crisson & Hind African Gallery. We enjoyed the 1/2 hour underground tour of Crystal Cave's stunning formations, followed by a stroll through St. George's charming streets. After lunch at the Wahoo Bistro, we toured the Unfinished Church, St. Peter's Church, and St. George's Historical Society Museum, which showcases Bermuda life in the 1700s. It was nice to dine nearby at the Southampton Fairmont Hotel and Swizzle Pub Inn, where we savored Bermuda's delicious national drink, the Rum Swizzle! On our last day, we awoke to a beautiful sunrise, walked the beach and took a quick taxi ride to Gibbs Hill Lighthouse for spectacular panoramic views of the island. We were especially taken with Bermuda's warm hospitality, and are looking forward to returning to this beautiful island. Thank you, Steve, for welcoming us to Sea Song and making our first visit to Bermuda so memorable!
